Exceptional Coaching

At the Gloucester Skating Club, we are proud of the exceptional coaching team that supports our skaters at every stage of their development. Our professional coaches are dedicated to helping each skater reach their potential while fostering a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment.

RESPONSIBLE COACHING

The Gloucester Skating Club is committed to the principles of the Responsible Coaching Movement (RCM). We believe that creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment is essential to the experience of every athlete and coach.

Through our commitment to the RCM, we strive to implement policies and practices that support the three key areas of responsible coaching, promote the safety and well-being of our athletes and coaches, and provide our coaching team with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to model ethical and responsible behaviour.

Together, our coaches, skaters, families, and volunteers are working to create an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and enjoy the sport of skating.
