STAR/COMPSkate & ADULT/TEEN/REC Skaters…
Skate Canada has an Assessment Structure that consists of assessments in Dance, Skills, Freeskate, Artistic and Synchro. Skaters move through the assessments at their own pace but must complete the full level in the discipline prior to moving to the next level in the same discipline.
STAR 1 - 5 are Coach Assessed and STAR 6 - Gold are assessed by an Evaluator or Coach Assessed for skills only. Your Coach will decide which assessment your skater is prepared to take and will advise you when your skater will be assessed.
